The IACVAWC Strategic Plan for 2017 to 2022 outlines the vision, goal, priority issues, indicators, targets, and strategies according to key result areas. The Council adopted the Plan as its main blueprint in ensuring the implementation of RA No. 9262 after going through a series of consultation-workshops with technical working committees and stakeholders. |

Member-agencies and other concerned NGAs were authorized to allot funding for the operationalization of the IACVAWC Strategic Plan and prioritize the use of agency GAD budgets for services and programs for victim-survivors. These were included in annual agency appropriations from 2019 onwards. |

In order to improve overall efficiency in deliberating and promulgating resolutions as a collegial body, the member-agencies authorized the IACVAWC Chair to sign resolutions on the Council’s behalf provided that draft copies have already been submitted to the heads of the member agencies for comments and approval. |

The IACVAWC, through the resolution, appeals to the Supreme Court to designate Family Courts and Regional Trial Courts acting as Family Courts to hear gender-based violence cases falling within the jurisdiction of the Regional Trial Court. This is to ensure that GBV cases are heard and tried by judges who are gender-sensitive and judicial decisions are based on gender equality. |

The resolution categorically provides support to establish MOVE chapters and the creation of the same or similar male organizations espousing the same values and principles of MOVE in national government agencies, LGUs, and other government instrumentalities. It also provides support for MOVE activities and charges them to the Gender and Development (GAD) budget of the agency. |
