PCOL PORTIA B MANALAD, Acting Chief of the Women and Children Protection Center (WCPC), represented the Philippine National Police (PNP) in the Constructive Dialogue with the UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (UNCEDAW) at the United Nations Palais Des Nation in Geneva, Switzerland on October 11, 2023.

PCOL MANALAD highlighted the contributions of the PNP to maintain peace and public safety, and more so to protect women and children from all forms of violence which was recognized and appreciated by the panel.
